Federal Skilled Workers (FSW)
You may be able to immigrate to Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker if you have at least one year of full-time work experience:
- In a single occupation;
- During the past 10 years;
- In a paid position;
- At a management, professional or technical position; and
- From a list of eligible occupations or you have a valid offer of arranged employment, or you are studying in a Canadian PhD program.
You must also have the following minimum requirements :
- Language ability (CLB 7)
Education - A Canadian diploma, certificate or credential; or
- A foreign credential with an Educational Credential Assessment
